What is AIP?
The Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) is a science-based nutrition and lifestyle approach designed to support gut health, balance hormones, and regulate the immune system.

  • Nutrition: Removes inflammatory foods and restores nutrient-dense options

  • Lifestyle: Supports healing through sleep, stress management, movement, and connection

AIP can be used on its own or alongside conventional treatments, depending on your needs. It’s not meant to be a permanent, restrictive diet—it’s a flexible framework for healing and self-discovery.

The 3 Phases of AIP:

1. Transition
Change can feel overwhelming. This phase helps you prepare, build awareness, and ease into new habits at a pace that works for you.

2. Elimination
You’ll remove foods that may trigger inflammation or immune responses and replace them with nourishing, healing foods. You’re not eating less—you’re eating differently.

3. Reintroduction
This is where you test foods one at a time to identify sensitivities and better understand your body. It’s a powerful process that gives you real, personalized answers.

The goal is to find the least restrictive way of eating that best supports your long-term health.

Some people notice improvements within 30 days, while others need more time—this process is completely individualized. AIP is designed to meet you where you are and evolve with your needs.
