About Me

I was born in Houston, Texas, and spent part of my childhood in a small town in northeast Louisiana, where life was simple and rooted in family and community. From climbing trees to Friday night football games, those early years shaped my love for connection and meaningful relationships.

I returned to Texas as a teenager and went on to attend Texas A&M University, where I met my husband. After graduating with a degree in Finance, we spent several years in Philadelphia while he attended graduate school. During that time, I worked as a business manager and quickly realized that what I loved most wasn’t numbers—it was people. That realization would later become an important part of my life’s work.

After returning to Houston, we grew our family and are now blessed with three children—two sons and a daughter through adoption. Being their mom is the greatest joy of my life.

My health journey began in 2010, with years of unexplained symptoms that eventually led to a diagnosis of Lyme disease in 2016. What followed was a long and challenging road to recovery. Through persistence, faith, and a commitment to healing, I regained my health—and in 2024, my doctor confirmed that I had recovered from chronic Lyme disease.

Along the way, nutrition became a powerful tool in my healing. What started as curiosity grew into a passion, as I experienced firsthand how food and daily habits could support the body’s ability to heal. Over time, I built a sustainable, anti-inflammatory lifestyle that restored my energy, improved my well-being, and gave me back a life I love.

As my healing became visible, others began asking how I did it. Sharing my story and supporting others on their own health journeys became a calling. Today, as a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC), National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and certified AIP coach, I help others create personalized, sustainable paths to healing—especially those navigating Lyme disease and chronic illness.

It is my passion to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools so you can reclaim your health and your life.
